Develop in learners the communicative competence necessary to interact effectively in everyday and familiar contexts through the practical use of English as a foreign language. This course promotes the progressive acquisition of linguistic structures, functional vocabulary, and communicative strategies required to exchange personal information and participate in routine social interactions.
Learners will develop the ability to discuss topics related to personal identity, family, budgets, shopping habits, occupations, daily routines, and places of interest, while strengthening their capacity to request and provide information in simple yet purposeful communicative situations.
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to carry out common everyday tasks in familiar environments, describe past experiences, immediate surroundings, and personal circumstances using basic language structures, as well as formulate and respond to questions associated with practical needs and daily life situations.
